How the job runs

Same order on every interior, from the first walkthrough to the last.

  1. We walk the house

Rooms, wall height, what's being painted and whether furniture moves. Then you get a written quote.

  2. Cover and mask

Floors, furniture and fixtures get covered before any sanding starts.

  3. The five layers

Repair, prime, sand, first coat, finish coat. See the wall

  4. Clean up

Masking and coverings come off and the rooms get cleaned up.

  5. Walk every room with you

We go through it together and fix anything you point out before we call it done.

On a tight timeline, like a move-in or a listing? We can line up a cleaning crew to come in right after us.

A local crew you can check up on

Veteran-owned and family-run. Look us up before you call. That's what we'd do.

We go over exactly what it covers at the walkthrough, before you sign anything.

Common questions about interior painting

How much does it cost to paint a house interior in Reno?

Every interior is different, so we quote after walking the house with you. What moves the price: wall height (8-foot rooms versus vaulted ceilings), what's included (walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, doors and casing), whether the house is lived in or empty, and who moves the furniture.

Can you paint the inside of a house in winter?

Yes. Interior paint needs a warm room, not a warm day. With the heat on, walls and trim dry and cure normally, and we ventilate as we go. Winter is also when our schedule has the most room.

Do I need to move my furniture?

No. We can move it, or you can. It changes the quote either way, so we sort it out at the walkthrough.

Who will be working in my house?

Before each visit, Jobber sends you a message with photos of the crew who are coming, so you know every face at the door.

What paint do you use?

Our go-to is Sherwin-Williams Duration. We use the same system throughout the house and change the sheen to suit the room and how much traffic it gets.

Do you fix drywall before painting?

Yes. Holes, cracks and damaged drywall get repaired and primed first. Paint over an uneven surface shows every flaw.
